This month the Brown & Co team came together for our annual Team Day at Lancaster House Hotel. It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on the past year and look ahead to what’s next for the business.
The day featured a series of sessions led by the senior leadership team, focusing on business performance, team impact, culture and future plans.
The sessions highlighted a year of strong progress including:

There was also a focus on clients and the community, recognising the brilliant work done by the team across business acquisitions, inheritance tax and pension planning, and Xero migrations, as well as attending more than 50 networking events and supporting six local charities.
The day concluded with lunch together and an early finish, giving the team a well‑earned start to the bank holiday weekend 🌤️
